SWELL Conference & Retreat 2026
April 16 – 18
Carrie takes the keynote stage at the SWELL Conference & Retreat — a three-day gathering of behavioral health professionals, social workers, crisis teams, and community leaders from across Maryland. Her keynote, The Mirror Work of Healing, invites clinicians into a brave space of reflection and renewal — exploring nervous system fluency, identity integrity, and the often-unspoken tensions of the work. Attendees will leave grounded, affirmed, and reconnected to the purpose behind their practice.
Carrie Freshour joins government communicators at the NAGC 2026 Communications School for an exclusive guided tour of the Palm Springs Art Museum. Open to all Communications School attendees and their guests.
Carrie Freshour takes the stage at the NCA 30th Annual Leadership Conference in Washington, DC — a landmark gathering of CAC and Chapter peers from across the country celebrating 30 years of learning, leadership, advocacy, and action.
