Coaching for Women
Stop Carrying
You’ve built a life of impact – but at a personal cost. It’s time to rebuild your capacity, lead differently, and live lighter.

The Invisible Weight
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You hold it all together for everyone — but feel like you're running on empty inside
- You overthink, overperform, overdeliver — and still feel like it's not enough
- You've done the therapy, read the books — but something still isn't clicking
- You can't remember the last time you felt genuinely steady — not just coping
- The people you love most are getting the worst version of you
"Why am I this anxious when I know better and I've already done the work?"
If you’ve asked yourself this, you’re in the right place.
You’re not broken. You’re not failing. You’re operating beyond your nervous system’s capacity and that’s a solvable problem.
The Pain
You've done the work. The pressure never lifts.
You’ve done the work. The degrees, the growth, the therapy — and yet the pressure never really lifts. You keep it together for everyone, but you feel disconnected from yourself.
the shift
Unlearning what burns you out.
- Rebuild boundaries that actually hold
- Quite the noise and re-center confidence
- Recover Steadiness without overperforming

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you want to know before you start.
These are the questions I hear most often. Book a free clarity call if yours isn’t here.
Why explore life narrative, family dynamics, school history, or trauma?
These are the questions Carrie hears most often. Book a free clarity call if yours isn’t here.
What if I’m uncomfortable sharing certain things?
That’s completely okay. You are never required to share anything you’re not ready for. This space is built on psychological safety and mutual trust. If something comes up that would be better explored in a therapeutic setting, I’ll always let you know and offer a referral. My role here is to support your personal growth through coaching—not to diagnose or provide clinical treatment.
What should I expect from our sessions?
Each session is a focused, supportive space where we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, connect it to deeper patterns, and build small, powerful steps forward. Some sessions will have a specific focus or theme, but most are designed for you to bring your real-life challenges, questions, or barriers—especially the ones coming up in the lessons or new thinking patterns. I’ll meet you there with coaching, clarity, and tools to help you shift and move forward.
What if I’m in the group coaching program and can’t attend a live call?
You can submit your questions in advance, and I’ll address them at the start of the call so you can catch your personalized support in the replay. If you’re joining live and want coaching, just type a “1” in the chat, and I’ll go in order. I do my best to ensure everyone gets support during each session.
How should I show up for group coaching calls?
Please come prepared—with your questions, reflections, and any areas you’d like support. Bring a pen and paper to take notes. This is a space where your presence matters—not just for you, but for the collective. Be mindful of time, and honor the growth process for yourself and others.
How do I communicate with you between sessions?
You’re welcome to reach out via email or the group chat to share wins, reflections, or clarifying questions. I typically respond within 48 hours on business days. For anything more complex, we’ll hold space for it during our next session.
Is this a space where I can cry, vent, or be messy?
Absolutely. This is your space to be real. Growth often happens in the messy middle—not just the polished moments. You don’t have to hold it all together here.
Will you challenge me during sessions?
Yes—compassionately. My role as your coach is to hold space and also help you move forward. That means I may lovingly challenge limiting beliefs, thought patterns, or habits that keep you stuck. While I always honor your pace and emotional process, I’ll also offer intentional reflections and actions to help you grow. This is a key difference between coaching and therapy: coaching is action-oriented, while therapy may involve longer-term emotional processing or medical necessity. If at any time, deeper therapeutic work is needed, I’ll support you in getting the right care.
Will I receive tools or practices between sessions?
Yes! Most modules include practical, doable tools like micro-steps, affirmations, journal prompts, and somatic or mindfulness activities. These are designed to support lasting change without overwhelming you.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Yes. All private 1:1 coaching sessions are fully confidential. For group coaching, I hold confidentiality as a standard—and I expect all participants to do the same. What is shared in the group stays in the group. This creates the safety and trust we all need to grow.
What should I know about results?
Your transformation depends on your willingness to engage, reflect, and apply what we explore between sessions. Coaching can be deeply impactful—but it’s not a replacement for therapy. Think of this space as a catalyst for clarity, healing, and forward movement—with tools designed to meet you where you are and help you step into where you want to be.
Can you be my therapist?
While I am a licensed therapist in the state of Maryland, I cannot serve as both your therapist and coach. To maintain clear ethical boundaries and ensure the integrity of our work, dual relationships are not permitted. Many clients find value in having both a therapist and a coach—just not the same person for both roles.
What if I live in Maryland and want you to be my therapist instead?
I’d be happy to talk through what support feels most aligned for you right now. If you’re leaning toward therapy and I have openings in my Maryland-based private practice, we can explore that option before coaching begins. However, once our work starts in one role (therapy or coaching), we cannot switch to the other. If I’m not available for therapy, I’ll gladly offer referrals to trusted providers.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy for 1:1 sessions?
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled, depending on availability. I’ll make every effort to be flexible when I can, but out of respect for both your time and mine, consistency, and commitment are important to your growth.
